GENERAL FUNCTION Eyewear Returns specialists responsible to issue credits to our customers with accuracy and timeliness and professional communicate with our business partners, internal team members as well as any other business stakeholders on status, issues and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work under deadline request
  • Working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task and flex between roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for Luxottica’s After Sales Eyewear Returns
  • Ensure accuracy and timely processing of Credit
  • Professional communication with business stakeholders on status, obstacles, and resolutions
  • Communicates with the After Sales leadership on issues, status and resolution
  • Flexible to support the business needs Trouble shoot and resolve issues
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage trouble log and resolution SOP’s
