About The Position

Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments. The position primarily assists with packaging products for internal and external use and supports changeovers alongside other production teammates. The role operates manufacturing equipment and handles materials and finished products while maintaining production, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
Safely operate machines to produce products and follow proper packaging procedures for external customers.
Remove or shift materials and finished products to facilitate proper flow.
Meet production standards for assigned tasks within the required time.
Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in the assigned space.
Take responsibility for safety and quality throughout production.
Clean equipment and the work area before, during, and after the shift.
Follow sorting and restacking instructions from the quality department.
Assist with changeovers when requested by a supervisor or front-end operator.
Perform other duties as required by a supervisor or manager.
