About The Position

The Forklift/Material Handler is an entry-level position in Denton, Texas, focused primarily on working on the filter line crew and completing assigned warehouse duties safely and responsibly. The work includes manual tasks such as bending and standing for more than 10 hours per day, removing trash and metal from a conveyor line, handling and processing drums, and cleaning around the site. The role also supports warehouse operations, including loading and unloading route trucks, preparing waste shipments, managing inventory, and maintaining safe storage and a clean work area. The first shift is scheduled from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with Saturdays worked when business demands. Pay is $20 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
At least 1 year of related experience.
Ability to use a computer.
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
Ability to bend and stand for more than 10 hours per day.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Follow safe work practices, policies, and processes, and act safely at all times.
Work on the filter line crew, removing trash and metal from the conveyor line.
Handle drums, including dumping, crushing, and pumping them.
Load and unload route trucks.
Prepare waste loads for shipment to a Recycle Center or Distribution Center.
Manage inventory ordering and receiving.
Maintain general housekeeping and keep the work area clean.
Ensure waste is stored safely and properly.
Perform site cleaning and other duties as needed.
