About The Position

TWB is hiring a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for its Antioch, Tennessee facility. The role supports safe and efficient production by moving materials throughout the plant, supplying production lines, assisting with equipment and machine operations, and inspecting, packaging, and documenting finished products. The position is available on either the second shift (Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) or the third shift (Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). Starting pay is $21.00 per hour plus a $0.55-per-hour shift differential. Candidates must complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the plant.
• Load and unload production equipment.
• Supply materials to production lines.
• Monitor production equipment for proper operation.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Assist machine operators with setup and production as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
