About The Position

This role is responsible for managing materials within a manufacturing environment. Key duties include pulling and delivering materials, preparing kitting packages, stocking inventory, receiving and checking goods, maintaining records, and preparing shipments. The position also involves operating a forklift, lifting heavy items, and ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations and potentially a Class 1000 clean room.

Requirements

At least 1-year experience in manufacturing
Able to print and read stock room documentation
ISO 9000 oriented
Class 1000 clean room environment
Unassisted lifting may be required up to 25lbs
SAP experience
Successful completion of required Safety training

Responsibilities

Pull materials from stock locations
Prepare kitting packages for assembly production
Deliver materials to manufacturing
Close work orders
Stock goods in inventory
Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices
Maintain records of received goods and shipped merchandise
Post weights and shipping charges and prepare goods for final shipment
Examine stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines
Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift
Ensure equipment and machines are maintained in safe operating conditions
Report to the Safety Officer any unsafe or unhealthy condition which cannot be corrected
Follow all safety and health regulations and work practices, including personal protective equipment where applicable
Other duties as assigned
