Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
UKG/SAP experience preferred.
Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
Accurate data entry skills.
Technical orientation.
Excellent organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
Customer service orientation.
Team orientation.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and multi-task on a daily basis.
Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

Performs support tasks for the manufacturing plant.
Enters data into SAP database about quantities of issued and transferred parts.
Resolves job/segments shortage discrepancies.
Receives manufactured parts into stock and issues them out to upcoming jobs.
Assists in daily tasks to assure productivity efficiency.
Identifies parts through the use of UKG and drawings.
Updates Sr. Management daily on the status of shortages on the segments.
Investigates missing stock parts needed for work orders and sales orders.
Monitors and keeps an updated shortage list available for the Shipping Management team.
Works with every department to resolve shortages to close job/segments in time.
Informs shipping of any findings to help segments ship on time.
Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures.
