About The Position

kdc/one is seeking an experienced, hands-on Material Control Supervisor to lead a team and drive accuracy, safety, and productivity across materials movement, inventory control, and warehouse operations. The supervisor is the primary leader for their shift, organizing, motivating, and developing the Material Control team to meet production and service goals while maintaining compliance, safety, and quality standards. The position is based in Groveport, Ohio, with first- and second-shift openings.

Requirements

At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse setting.
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time, priorities, and people in a fast-paced environment.
Solid knowledge of FDA GMPs, safety standards, and inventory controls.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of experience in warehouse/materials environments.
Experience in the personal care, pharmaceutical, or food industry is ideal.
Experience using SAP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and empower the Material Control team.
Manage material flow from receiving through production and shipping.
Resolve issues affecting inventory, shipping, and production.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency.
Monitor safety and compliance procedures, including GMP, OSHA, FDA, and SOP requirements.
Lead and/or participate in inventory audits, investigations, and training.
Use SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and systems integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
