This is a seasonal position that requires working Columbus Crew home matches and other potential concerts, events, and non-event days. The role involves selling tickets, troubleshooting ticket issues using Archtics ticketing software, and supporting ticket scanning and entry at both the ticket office and stadium gates. The position demands the highest level of courtesy, professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in servicing all customers. The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in various situations and maintain professionalism with all guests is essential.
