About The Position
AccentCare is hiring a full-time Masters Social Worker for home health, based at its Oakdale, Minnesota office. The role requires an LICSW and covers Oakdale, Woodbury, Lake Elmo, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, Maplewood, North St. Paul, and surrounding areas. It is not a remote or virtual position. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary is $72,000–$80,000, with the offer based on years of experience. The Masters Social Worker assesses patients and develops, evaluates, and revises goals and care plans. The role requires a master’s degree in social work or a related field, a valid license or registration/permit to practice in the state where the agency operates, current CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to business locations. Candidates must have one year of social work experience in a healthcare setting. Requirements
- One year of experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to assess patients and develop, evaluate, and revise goals and care plans.
- Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work or a related field.
- Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation; the posting specifies LICSW is required for this role.
- Maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to all business locations.
