About The Position
AdvisaCare Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate Home Health Skilled MSW to serve Kalamazoo County and surrounding areas. The role provides meaningful support to patients facing life-limiting illnesses and their families, with a focus on enhancing patients’ quality of life through one-on-one care. The position offers dedicated team support and the opportunity to join a growing home health agency.
Requirements
- MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- One year of experience in Home Health Care MSW preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
