About The Position

The Masters Level Clinician provides clinical services in accordance with established guidelines for best-practice interventions. Services include evaluation and individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in the clinician’s service area. The role works with clients and referral sources, maintains accurate and timely clinical records, and contributes to quality clinical practices.

Requirements

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA certification.
Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC.
Effectively communicate in writing, verbally, in person, and virtually.
Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking services.
Knowledge and use of evidence-based interventions.

Nice To Haves

Three to five years of experience in a behavioral health environment.
Experience with evidence-based and best-practice interventions.

Responsibilities

Provide evaluation and individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children in the service area.
Communicate and report to referral sources and other involved parties as approved by the client.
Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organizational policies.
Participate in developing and implementing quality clinical practices.
Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments, on time.
Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of providing a service.
Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
