About The Position

The Masters Level Clinician provides clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best-practice interventions. Services include evaluation and individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in the clinician’s service area. The role also involves completing assessments, maintaining clinical documentation, coordinating with approved referral sources and involved parties, and meeting billable-hour productivity standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active three-letter or associate license.
• Effectively communicate in writing, verbally, in person, and virtually.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking services.

Nice To Haves

• Three to five years of experience in a behavioral health environment.
• Experience with evidence-based and best-practice interventions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties, as approved by the client.
• Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organizational policies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Meet billable-hour productivity standards.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
• Provide evaluations and individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in the service area.
