About The Position

Centerstone is seeking a Master Level Clinician to provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best-practice interventions. Services include evaluation and individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in the clinician’s service area. The role involves coordinating with clients’ approved referral sources and other involved parties, maintaining clinical records and effective working relationships, and meeting productivity and documentation requirements. The position requires a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and an active three-letter or associate license. Three to five years of behavioral health experience and experience with evidence-based and best-practice interventions are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children in the service area.
• Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties, as approved by the client.
• Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organizational policies.
• Participate in developing and implementing quality clinical practices.
• Meet billable-hour productivity standards.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within two business days of each service.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, in person, and virtually.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking services.
