About The Position

Family Connections, Inc. is seeking a bilingual clinician to provide mental health and substance use treatment services. The role focuses on delivering accessible, culturally competent care and providing services in English and Spanish to individuals and families. The clinician will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, use a strengths-based approach, and contribute to an inclusive, supportive environment. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and a generally 35-hour work week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for full-time W-2 employment; C2C, 1099, and other non-W-2 arrangements are not eligible.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or an equivalent field, with relevant licensure or certification.
• Two years of experience in mental health; experience in an urban setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Authorization to work in the United States and eligibility for full-time employment on a W-2 basis.
