About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to lead and mentor personal trainers while delivering mobile fitness training to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. The role combines client training with team leadership, quality oversight, client success measurement, sales support, and community engagement. The Master Trainer helps develop a high-performing fitness culture and represents GYMGUYZ’s values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE).

Compensation is $35–$40 per hour, with performance or sales bonuses and growth opportunities. The schedule is flexible. The role includes paid onboarding, ongoing professional development, recertification discounts, continuing education support, recognition, and advancement opportunities within the GYMGUYZ network.

Requirements

• Personal Trainer certification from an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization.
• CPR/AED certification.
• At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values in every interaction.
