About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to lead and mentor personal trainers while delivering mobile fitness services to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. The role combines client training, trainer development, oversight of client results and training quality, and support for sales and community engagement. The position offers compensation of $35–$40 per hour plus performance or sales bonuses, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for professional development and advancement. This franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer through an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization.
• CPR/AED certification.
• At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in achieving client results and mentoring teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Sales and field marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
