As our Master Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate early childhood education environment that supports the cognitive, social-emotional, language, physical, and creative development of infants, toddlers, and preschool children. This position is ideal for an experienced early childhood educator who is passionate about fostering school readiness, creating engaging learning experiences, and helping young children thrive. Every day, you will develop and implement high-quality early learning curriculum and age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with child development best practices and California licensing requirements. You will create enriching classroom experiences that promote curiosity, exploration, social skills, and kindergarten readiness while supporting each child's individual learning journey. You will also build strong partnerships with parents and families, maintain accurate child assessments and program documentation, and collaborate with fellow educators to ensure excellence in our early care and education programs. As a classroom leader, you will help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports the success of children, families, and staff.
