About The Position
AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Group Leader Master Teacher/CDA Certified for their Before/After School Program at Roosevelt Elementary School in Norman, OK. This part-time position focuses on implementing engaging programs that foster children's development, encouraging creativity, and providing a caring environment. The role involves building positive relationships with staff, children, parents, and the school.
Requirements
- Be a Master Teacher/ Current CDA certification
- CDA CCP Credential
- 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
- Oklahoma certificate of Mastery
- 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)
Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
- Complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing/operating clubs that build on the student's interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
