About The Position

Master Teacher - Head Start Preschool | Salt Lake City, UT. This role involves shaping young minds and creating joyful, meaningful learning experiences. The Master Teacher will inspire, lead, and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families. This position is part of a collaborative, supportive classroom team dedicated to delivering high-quality early childhood education. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, with an emphasis on essential Early Childhood topics. (Verification of degree/transcripts required.)
• Experience teaching preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned classroom staff.
• Collaborate with your teaching team to create a nurturing, engaging learning environment.
• Provide exceptional care and education to a group of preschool children.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Help shape a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
