Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Master Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, or with relevant experience in Supply Chain
  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years; or equilvalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Hands on knowledge in SAP and Power BI
  • Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau)
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and analytical mindset
  • Relentless hustle: Willing go above and beyond to deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate context
  • Able to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross functional teams, multi-task and drive actions to completion under deadlines
  • Able to work under limited supervision; previous coaching experience is preferred
