Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Master Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, or with relevant experience in Supply Chain
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years; or equilvalent work experience

Responsibilities

Hands on knowledge in SAP and Power BI
Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau)
Team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and analytical mindset
Relentless hustle: Willing go above and beyond to deliver results
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate context
Able to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross functional teams, multi-task and drive actions to completion under deadlines
Able to work under limited supervision; previous coaching experience is preferred
