About The Position

Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to meet customer order deadlines, ensuring seamless integration with the ERP system including SAP. Create and manage assortments to support production and demand requirements, while ensuring item accuracy, including setup, specifications, and master data integrity.

Requirements

Experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems.
Ability to manage assortments and complex item structures.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.

Nice To Haves

SAP experience preferred.
Experience with inventory management.

Responsibilities

Perform planning and scheduling activities within the ERP system, including SAP.
Monitor and control order deadlines, priorities, and capacity constraints.
Conduct material forecasting and analysis to ensure availability and minimize shortages.
Collaborate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to align schedules.
Perform quality control checks related to planning, scheduling, and item accuracy.
Analyze data and trends to identify risks, improve scheduling efficiency, and support decision-making.
Maintain documentation and reporting related to schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics.
