About The Position
Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, this person will provide clinical supervision to unlicensed Master’s Level clinicians as well as students. This role will also assist the Clinical and Operations Directors with chart review and other department tasks in addition to their clinical caseload.
Requirements
- LICSW required
- 1-5 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting
- Proficient in reading and writing in English
- Ability to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed Master’s Level clinicians and students.
- Assist the Clinical and Operations Directors with chart review and other department tasks.
- Collaborate with the Director of Medical and Behavioral Health Services to improve and assure clinical quality at all health center sites.
- Support and collaborate with BH internship supervisor including providing individual and group supervision.
- Participate in the didactic seminar for interns weekly.
- Provide in-service trainings and education for staff.
- Participate in clinical group supervision, all staff meetings, and BH Leadership Meetings.
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy for a half-time caseload.
- Maintain productivity.
- Complete chart reviews on time and accurately in concert with the Clinical Director and Director of Operations.
- Participate in BH quality initiatives.
- Demonstrate understanding and commitment to the health center mission.
- Demonstrate understanding and commitment to the established CHC Values and Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
