About The Position

Healing Connections Counseling Group is seeking compassionate, highly skilled licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals to work as psychotherapists for children and adolescents in their group practice located in Concord, NH. This position can be in-office or hybrid, with flexible hours. Some after-school and evening availability is preferred. The practice emphasizes a supportive work environment, prioritizing clinician well-being to ensure the best client care. They are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, ethical, and high-quality treatment, focusing on helping clients reach their full potential. Healing Connections offers W-2 employment, with a SIMPLE-IRA match plan option and full support for billing. Supervision by LICSW clinicians is provided for pre-licensed clinicians, allowing them to focus on client work and clinical development without administrative burdens.

Requirements

• Master's level education in the mental health field.
• Seeking to obtain an independent clinical license through working with clients at our practice OR an independent clinical license in the State of NH.
• Exceptional clinical and communication skills.
• Availability to work with a minimum of 10 clients weekly, up to a full-time caseload (25+ weekly sessions).
• Impeccable boundaries.

Nice To Haves

• Availability at least 2-3 evenings per week to work with kids in person.
• Skilled or familiar with the technology and clinical aspects of Telehealth.
• Advanced skills trainings or certificates in areas such as EMDR or children/couples work.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients aged 6 and up.
• Conduct psychotherapy for children and adolescents.
• Maintain efficient, timely, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in building a supportive work culture.
• Utilize constructive feedback, ask for support, and seek continued growth.
