About The Position

Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is seeking compassionate, motivated fully licensed mental health clinicians to join our growing multidisciplinary team. While we welcome clinicians serving all age groups, we are currently highlighting specialized clinical needs: Child Therapist / Fully Licensed LPC (De Pere – Hybrid): Focus on providing specialized child and youth therapy at our De Pere site. (Note: Must hold full LPC licensure; associate/unlicensed candidates will not be considered). Behavioral Health Clinic is a growing organization serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Wisconsin. We provide outpatient, school-based, psychological assessment, pediatric feeding, and statewide telehealth services. Our team works in a collaborative environment focused on accessible, coordinated, and patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or speech-language pathology.
  • Active Wisconsin state license for independent practice: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Reliable internet connection and a confidential workspace for remote/hybrid positions.

Nice To Haves

  • Specialized experience in child and adolescent therapy, play therapy modalities.
  • Experience in outpatient or community-based multidisciplinary clinics.
  • Interest in specialized program development or leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy or specialized therapy (e.g., child play therapy or SLP services) within your licensed scope of practice.
  • Utilize specialized clinic facilities (such as the De Pere play therapy room or Wausau Grant Street clinic) for onsite services.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and families to coordinate care.
