About The Position

Master Fitters & Builders work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. The role combines in-depth club-fitting knowledge and relational selling with building customer networks and managing customer relationships. Master Fitters & Builders also assist with store operations as required by their manager. The position is based in the Durham store and includes hourly pay of $19.23 to $24.04, with eligibility for commission and performance bonus pay.

Requirements

Experience with club fitting and launch monitors.
At least 1 year of sales experience.
Knowledge and understanding of golf.
Customer focus.
Written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
Time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Decision-making ability.
Ability to develop peer relationships.
Presentation skills.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and demonstrate motions as needed.
Ability to work with hands as needed to build golf clubs.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Nice To Haves

Experience selling custom golf clubs.

Responsibilities

Conduct innovative, tour-level club-fitting experiences.
Read, interpret, and explain data points in the club-fitting process.
Grow and maintain fitting relationships with studio and personal clients.
Maintain brand standards and keep the workplace up to studio standards.
Operate club-fitting and business technology, including Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
Build golf clubs to tight industry tolerances.
Use relational selling methods to grow business metrics.
Assist with store operations and perform other duties as assigned.
