About The Position

Master Fitters & Builders work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. They use in-depth club-fitting knowledge and relational selling skills to serve customers and grow business. The position also involves building and maintaining customer relationships and networks, building golf clubs to tight tolerances, and assisting with store operations as required by the manager. The role is based in studio locations with hitting bays and a build shop.

Requirements

Experience with club fitting and launch monitors.
At least 1 year of sales experience.
Knowledge and understanding of golf.
Customer focus.
Written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
Time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Decision-making ability.
Ability to develop peer relationships.
Presentation skills.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and demonstrate motions as needed.
Ability to work with hands to build golf clubs.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.
Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct innovative, tour-level club fitting experiences.
Read, interpret, and explain data points from the club-fitting process.
Grow and maintain fitting relationships with studio and personal clients.
Maintain brand standards by keeping the workplace up to studio standards.
Operate fitting and business technology, including Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
Build golf clubs to tight tolerances.
Use relational selling methods to grow business metrics.
Assist with store operations as required by the manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
