Master Esthetician
About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring Master Estheticians passionate about results-driven skincare. The spa provides a built-in clientele through members and a steady flow of new guests, allowing estheticians to focus on providing treatments. Compensation is $30–$80 per hour, including commission and potential bonuses. This is W-2 employment with no booth rent. Supplies are provided, and paid training is offered with Dermalogica and Clarity. The role offers flexible scheduling and a positive work-life balance. The position is with an independently owned and operated Hand and Stone franchisee, which is a separate employer from Hand and Stone Franchise Corp.
Requirements
- Passion for skincare and helping clients look and feel their best.
- Experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other advanced skincare services.
- A client-focused, team-first attitude.
- Enthusiasm for the esthetics craft and clients' results.
- Bring an esthetician license.
