About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring Master Estheticians passionate about results-driven skincare. The spa provides a built-in clientele through members and a steady flow of new guests, allowing Estheticians to focus on treatments rather than sourcing bookings. This is W-2 employment with no booth rent. The role offers $30–$80 per hour, including commission and bonus potential, and provides supplies, paid training, and flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Passion for skincare and helping clients look and feel their best.
- Experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other advanced skincare services.
- A client-focused, team-first attitude.
- Enthusiasm for the craft and clients’ results.
- Bring an esthetics license.
