About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring Master Estheticians passionate about results-driven skincare. Members and guests provide a built-in clientele and steady flow of new guests, allowing estheticians to focus on treatments. The position offers W-2 employment, with no booth rent or need to find bookings independently. All supplies are provided, and paid training is offered with industry leaders Dermalogica and Clarity. Compensation is $30 to $80 per hour, including commission and bonus potential.
Requirements
- Hold an esthetician license.
- Have experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other advanced skincare services.
- Have a passion for skincare and helping clients look and feel their best.
- Bring a client-focused, team-first attitude.
- Show enthusiasm for the esthetics profession and client results.
