About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring Master Estheticians passionate about results-driven skincare. The spa provides a built-in clientele, including members and a steady flow of new guests, so estheticians can focus on treatments rather than finding clients. The role includes performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other advanced skincare services. All supplies are provided, and paid training is offered with industry leaders Dermalogica and Clarity. This is W-2 employment with no booth rent. Compensation is $30 to $80 per hour, including commission and bonus potential.
Requirements
- Master Esthetician license.
- Passion for skincare and helping clients look and feel their best.
- Experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other advanced skincare services.
- Client-focused, team-first attitude.
- Enthusiasm for the craft and client results.
