About The Position

This role involves building and assembling custom garage doors according to CAD drawings and specifications. The Master Builder will be responsible for accurately measuring materials, using hand and production tools safely, identifying wood species, and inspecting/repairing wood defects. The position requires inspecting completed work for accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship, meeting production requirements while upholding quality and safety standards, maintaining a clean work area, and communicating any production or quality concerns.

Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
Ability to follow drawings, specifications, work instructions, and established procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness and ability to learn new tools, processes, and production requirements.

Experience in construction, woodworking, manufacturing, assembly, or other hands-on work is preferred.
