About The Position

The Massage Therapist at the eforea Spa at Hilton Orlando provides professional massage and body treatments to create memorable guest experiences. The role responds to guest inquiries and concerns, performs treatments based on the spa menu and guest preferences, maintains clean and sanitized treatment spaces and equipment, monitors treatment supplies, completes required documentation, and supports general spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
• Perform massage and body treatments according to the spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
• Keep treatment spaces, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards.
• Monitor treatment products and tools, maintain adequate inventory, and store supplies properly.
• Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• Assist with general spa duties as needed to support daily operations and seamless service.
