About The Position

Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist to provide guests with personalized massage services and a luxurious spa experience. The role includes preparing and maintaining the massage room, upholding sanitation standards, restocking supplies, handling laundry, and supporting efficient spa operations. The therapist must maintain a valid Alabama license to provide massage therapy services.

Requirements

• Valid Alabama license to provide Massage Therapist services.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage therapies, including Swedish, Sports, Aromatherapy, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapies such as Swedish, Sports, Aromatherapy, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki, tailoring the experience to each guest’s needs.
• Set up and break down the massage room daily, keep it clean and stocked, and follow sanitation standards.
• Show concern for guests’ well-being and contribute to their relaxation and satisfaction.
• Restock supplies, handle laundry, and support smooth spa operations during downtime.
• Maintain a valid Alabama license to provide massage therapist services and comply with state regulations and professional standards.
