About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a part-time Massage Therapist at Chatham Bars Inn, a Forbes Five-Star resort in Chatham, Massachusetts. The role performs spa body treatments from the resort’s menu of body and massage therapies and maintains the inventories of products and equipment needed to provide those services. The work takes place in a fast-paced environment where guest satisfaction is a primary objective, including settings where guests disrobe for services. The schedule requires at least 32 hours per week, a flexible schedule based on business, client, and staffing demands, and at least one weekend day. Compensation is $6.75 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• Proficient massage therapist or bodywork skills and willingness and ability to learn more.
• Ability to interpret documents such as memos, safety rules, and policy and procedure manuals.
• Current massage licensure.
• At least one year of experience as a massage therapist or bodyworker.
• Guest service experience.
• Ability to stand for at least six hours per day.
• Ability to push, pull, tug, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds when preparing and training for treatments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on guest satisfaction, including an environment where guests disrobe for services.
• Flexible availability based on business, client, and staffing demands; at least one weekend day is required.
• Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
