About The Position

Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa is seeking a passionate Massage Therapist to help guests relax, recharge, and enjoy a personalized wellness experience in a peaceful spa environment. The role is part of the PCH Hotels & Resorts portfolio and contributes to the resort’s luxury hospitality and guest-service experience.

Requirements

• Valid Alabama License to provide Massage Therapist services.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage therapies, including Swedish, Sports, Aromatherapy, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki.
• Genuine concern for guests’ well-being and ability to provide personalized guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of massage therapies, including Swedish, Sports, Aromatherapy, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki, tailoring services to each guest’s needs.
• Set up and break down the massage room daily, keeping it clean, stocked, and compliant with high sanitation standards.
• Show genuine concern for guests’ well-being and contribute to their relaxation, satisfaction, and overall spa experience.
• Restock supplies, handle laundry, and support efficient spa operations during downtime.
• Maintain a valid Alabama license to provide massage therapy services and comply with state regulations and professional standards.
