About The Position

As a Massage Therapist on Hilton’s hotels team, you provide professional massages and body treatments that create memorable guest experiences and reflect Hilton’s hospitality. You respond to guest needs, perform treatments according to the spa menu and applicable standards, maintain a clean and sanitized treatment environment, monitor supplies, keep required records, and support daily spa operations.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
Perform massage and body treatments according to the spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
Keep treatment spaces, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards.
Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
Assist with general spa duties as needed to support seamless service.
