About The Position

The Massage Therapist will work as a member of our Hibiscus Spa team, performing Spa services at the highest level including: massages and body treatments in a safe and professional manner on our guests. The Massage Therapist will report directly to the Spa Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist, with a background in a high-end hospitality or resort spa environment.
Graduate of an accredited school of massage therapy.
Must hold a current massage/body treatment license that meets Cayman Islands CPAM (Council for Professions Allied with Medicine) registration criteria.
Formal skincare training and advanced certification in full body Anatomy & Physiology.
Exceptional guest relations skills, a polished professional appearance, and excellent written and verbal English communication.
Complete flexibility to work varied shifts based on resort demands, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Perform expert body treatments including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Reflexology.
Execute all spa services in strict accordance with Spa SOPs, sanitation regulations, and health codes.
Maintain an orderly treatment room and track product stock levels to notify management of low inventory.
Act as a product and service expert, confidently answering guest questions and recommending tailored treatments.
Ensure absolute punctuality for all client bookings and collaborate with the spa team to support daily operations.
