About The Position

The Beauty Therapist will work as a member of our Hibiscus Spa team, performing various Spa services depending on their specialty. These services will be performed at the highest level and may include: massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, hair removal etc. The Beauty Therapist will report directly to the Spa Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience as a Beauty Therapist, with a background in a high-end luxury hospitality or resort spa environment.
Certified proof of training in Beauty Therapy, Skincare, and Nail Tech services.
Must hold a current Massage/Body Treatment License that meets Grand Cayman medical and therapy licensing regulations.
Advanced certification or deep theoretical and practical understanding of full human Anatomy & Physiology.
Outstanding guest relations and multitasking abilities, a polished and professional appearance, and fluent verbal and written English skills.
Complete flexibility to accommodate the operational hours of a luxury resort spa, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Execute diverse massage techniques flawlessly, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Reflexology.
Administer customized facials and body treatments involving deep cleansing, toning, exfoliation, extraction, and masks.
Perform professional manicures, pedicures, and nail shaping/painting alongside hot wax and threading hair removal.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation, monitor product stock levels, and closely follow spa SOPs and health regulations.
Provide knowledgeable advice on spa products and treatments, answer inquiries accurately, and ensure strict punctuality for all bookings.
