About The Position
Renew Massage Studio is seeking a Fill-In/Flex Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join their team in Denver. This role is ideal for an LMT who desires flexibility and does not want to commit to a regular weekly schedule. It's a great opportunity to supplement another massage position, add a few shifts monthly, or work according to personal availability while being part of the Renew team. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage, takes pride in providing exceptional service, understands client needs, and delivers a high-quality experience.
Requirements
- Valid Colorado massage therapy license
- Valid massage therapy insurance
- Reliability and professionalism
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques
- Commitment to providing a consistently excellent client experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide massage services to clients, understanding their needs and delivering a high-quality experience.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs.
- Provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
- Maintain professionalism and reliability.
- Work at least three shifts per month.
- Ensure at least 33% of scheduled shifts are on a Saturday or Sunday.
