About The Position

Renew Massage Studio is seeking a Fill-In/Flex Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for its Denver studio. This role is ideal for an LMT seeking schedule flexibility, allowing them to supplement other work, add shifts monthly, or work according to their availability. The position offers the chance to join the established Renew team and provide the high-quality client experience expected from the studio. Renew is a non-corporate studio founded by an LMT, with a workplace designed for therapists, featuring electric lift tables, organic products, paid setup and turnover time, and an environment that values individual skills. Renew has been recognized as Denver's Best Massage Studio multiple times.

Requirements

• Valid Colorado massage therapy license.
• Valid massage therapy insurance.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
• Commitment to providing a consistently excellent client experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage services to clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs.
• Provide a high-quality client experience.
• Perform specialized services such as CBD, Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
• Work at least three shifts per month.
• Ensure at least 33% of scheduled shifts are on a Saturday or Sunday.
• Utilize electric lift tables.
• Use high-quality organic products.
• Manage setup and turnover time between clients.
