About The Position

Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a Senior Luxury Massage Therapist (LMT) to help couples slow down, reconnect, and strengthen their relationship through deeply restorative experiences. This role is part of a growing company focused on renewal, reconnection, and emotional transformation. The spa is a key part of the guest experience and a significant revenue driver. The team operates in a nature-immersed Wellness Haven with mountaintop views, under new leadership with updated standards and a new schedule model. The spa is experiencing high demand, with a fourth treatment room being added and the team expanding to meet this need. Therapists are supported by a dedicated Spa Attendant for laundry and supplies, and a Spa Concierge who handles all non-treatment related tasks, allowing therapists to focus on their craft. The Senior Luxury Massage Therapist will help guests feel deeply relaxed, cared for, and restored through high-quality, personalized bodywork, creating a shift from stress and distance to reconnection. The role is designed to protect both the therapist's craft and their body, with each treatment paying for 90 minutes (80 minutes hands-on, 10 minutes to turn the room). Therapists deliver up to five treatments a day, four days a week, with fixed start times. Most treatments are for couples, often with a fellow therapist working simultaneously. The role exclusively involves hands-on bodywork, with no sales, scheduling, or payment collection responsibilities. The spa operates from 7 AM to 7 PM, with no late-night shifts.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee massage therapy license in good standing
• Availability for a fixed 4-day schedule, including at least one weekend day and holidays
• Physical capacity for five 80-minute treatments a day, four days a week
• Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to each guest's needs, preferences, and comfort level
• Perform signature couples experiences and approved modalities — Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, hot stone — within your training and licensure
• Deliver treatments exactly as written — adhering to company standards for products, music, and room settings
• Consult with guests before each service on pressure, focus areas, contraindications, and desired outcomes
• Maintain a calm and consistent presence in the treatment room
• Keep treatment space spotless and fully prepared, with support from the Spa Attendant
• Share wellness recommendations only when they genuinely serve the guest
• Follow all Tennessee massage therapy regulations, sanitation standards, draping protocols, and Bolt Farm service standards
