About The Position

Bolt Farm Treehouse aims to help couples slow down, reconnect, and strengthen their relationships through intentional, deeply restorative experiences. The company is building a distinct brand centered on renewal, reconnection, and emotional transformation, creating beautiful, private environments that help people step out of the noise of everyday life and return to what matters most. This is an opportunity to join a distinctive, growing company and contribute to meaningful work. The spa is a crucial part of the Bolt Farm experience, serving as a strong revenue driver. Therapists will deliver signature couples experiences in a nature-immersed Wellness Haven with mountaintop views, under new spa leadership with updated standards and a new schedule model. The spa is experiencing high demand, with full fall dates, an upcoming fourth treatment room, and an expanding team. Therapists are supported by a dedicated Spa Attendant for laundry, linens, and product trays, and a Spa Concierge who handles all non-treatment related tasks, allowing therapists to focus on their craft.
