About The Position

As a part-time Massage Therapist at Bonita Bay Club, you will perform massage and body treatments for members according to the Spa at Bonita Bay Club’s standards and procedures. Before treatments, you will analyze and consult with members about their medical needs in accordance with Spa guidelines. You will maintain couples and wet treatment rooms and ensure facilities meet required standards, including following room setup, sanitation, inventory, linen dispensation, and safety procedures. You will provide quality customer service and support to members, helping maintain and improve the Bonita Bay Club brand.

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-certified massage therapy school.
• Current State of Florida Massage Therapy License.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to be exposed to chemicals and fragrances used in performing services.
• Ability to perform continuous repetitive movements with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms.
• Excellent people skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
• Desire and dedication to provide superior customer service and demonstrate courteous manners.
• Ability to contribute as a team player to a positive Spa team environment.
• Punctual, professional, and personable manner with members and coworkers.
• Ability to work independently.
