Requirements
- 2+ years working with clients in personal injury matters (required).
- Ability to interact with clients, vendors, and others over the phone and in person (required).
- Outstanding organization, research, writing and communication skills (required).
- JD from accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. Jurisdiction
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years handling personal injury matters in mass tort cases (preferred).
- Medicare lien resolution experience
- Experience working with large dockets of clients in mass tort actions, including Plaintiff Fact Sheet and production processes (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Review files to confirm eligibility requirements are met for claim.
