About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role located in Roseland, NJ. Attorneys are entitled to work one day per week remotely if they choose. The attorney hired will be responsible for working on high-value personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort matters. The attorney will maintain their own caseload consisting of small to medium-sized cases while also assisting on larger matters. Requirements

• At least 2 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, including drafting Pleadings, Legal briefs, and other legal documents.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and case management abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
