About The Position

CookUnity is seeking a Marketplace Supervisor to support the onsite Culinary or Marketplace Manager in handling day-to-day operations. This individual will be responsible for leading the team to execute operational SOPs effectively and efficiently, including receiving, inventory, storing, and distributing all products within the Marketplace. Additionally, this role involves purchasing ingredients and scheduling staff. CookUnity's mission is to empower Chefs to nourish the world through a marketplace focused on connecting people with great food crafted by chefs.

Requirements

Availability to work evenings and weekends
2-3 years of supervisory experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance
Be able to stand, walk, stoop, reach and lift for a minimum of 8 hours without any reasonable accommodations
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
High proficiency level of Spanish

Operate pallet jack to move pallets of product
Receiving
Inventory Counting
Ordering
Returns
Scheduling
Ensure the organization of dry storage, walk-ins, and freezers within the Marketplace
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by leaders
Help to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment
Enforcement of food safety standards and FIFO methods to ensure the freshness of food
