About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences in their new store opening. This role, similar to a Keyholder at other companies, involves direct customer interaction, sharing the company's story and mission, contributing to process improvement, and participating in special projects. The Sales Supervisor will be a key player in the success of the retail location through their contributions on the sales floor and in store operations.

Requirements

  • Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
  • 6+ months in a management position
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
  • Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
  • Dream up innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience
  • Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
  • Open and close the store
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
