The Marketplace Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the daily execution of seller onboarding and seller performance management ensuring efficient onboarding to UB Marketplace, and best in class customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strict deadlines
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others

Nice To Haves

• E-commerce, Merchandising, or Customer Service experience is a plus
• Direct-to-Consumer experience

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Mirakl (3rd Party integrator) to successfully launch new sellers on the marketplace platform.
• Assist new sellers with account setup, providing support for any issues they encounter, and educating them on best practices to ensure their success
• Conduct seller surveys to identify and prioritize potential marketplace sellers.
• Collaborate with merchants to secure seller agreements to expand the marketplace program.
• Contribute to on-site onboarding kick-off meetings for all new marketplace sellers.
• Support sellers through catalog and offer creation.
• Work with category managers and marketplace sellers on item forecasting.
• Maintain all policies, guidelines, procedures, and onboarding documentation to reflect current and future business requirements.
• Work with sellers to gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Monitor and action daily seller compliance metrics (Delinquent orders, fill rates, delivery issues).
• Partner with sellers to triage fulfillment issues and improve overall performance.
• Partner with sellers and internal teams to add new assortment to the UB Marketplace.
• Develop and manage brand performance reporting.
