This role is for an Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist who has a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including listings, keywords, ads, and account health. Requirements

  • Proof of execution in managing Amazon listings, cases, and data.
  • Experience updating titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images.
  • A systems-first operations mindset with a preference for checklists and SOPs.
  • Fluency in Amazon Seller Central, including navigating listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history.
  • Experience opening and managing cases end-to-end.
  • Strong instincts for SEO, keywords, and listing performance.
  • Experience using tools like Helium 10 (or similar) for keyword research and tracking.
  • Understanding of Amazon ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP).
  • Ability to export and organize campaign data accurately.
  • Data accuracy and attention to detail in spreadsheets and reporting.
  • Calm, collaborative, and low-ego demeanor.
  • Ability to work well with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners.
  • Detail-oriented under real pressure, managing multiple listings and tight timelines.
  • Humble, hungry to learn, and a great teammate.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Walmart Seller Center or other marketplaces.
  • Exposure to regulated or health-related categories.
  • Experience supporting international marketplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Own listings, cases, and data with precision.
  • Manage real ASINs and make live listing updates.
  • Update titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images.
  • Work from checklists, SOPs, and clean processes, and improve them.
  • Organize case logs and name files properly.
  • Meet deadlines without reminders.
  • Spot and fix inconsistencies before they escalate.
  • Open and manage cases end-to-end, providing correct documentation.
  • Escalate strategically when needed.
  • Use tools like Helium 10 (or similar) to research and track keywords.
  • Update listings responsibly and monitor changes in rank and traffic.
  • Understand how Amazon ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP) fit into the ecosystem.
  • Export and organize campaign data accurately.
  • Recognize underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns.
  • Flag issues early.
  • Ensure data accuracy in spreadsheets, exports, formulas, dates, and formatting.
  • Communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and escalate blockers early.
  • Take feedback without defensiveness and adjust quickly.
  • Stay organized and keep track of moving pieces under pressure.
