About The Position

The Marketplaces Sales Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on Walmart, Amazon, and TikTok’s online marketplaces, ensuring product accuracy, availability, and profitability. This role will own day‑to‑day operations on all three accounts (e.g., item setup, catalog hygiene, promotions, reporting) and will also handle listing maintenance, inventory coordination, and performance monitoring. Additionally, the role will develop and maintain sales and inventory forecasts by sku, based on historical sales trends, promotional activity and growth targets. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive revenue, deliver an excellent end‑customer experience, and maintain strong marketplace compliance.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of hands‑on experience managing marketplace accounts.
  • Direct experience with Walmart Seller Center / Walmart Marketplace.
  • Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon FBA.
  • Proven experience managing product catalogs, listings, and marketplace operations (ideally 50–500 SKUs).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
  • Comfort working with large data sets.
  • Solid understanding of marketplace performance metrics (traffic, conversion, Buy Box, ASP, fees, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in gaming accessories, consumer electronics, or closely related categories.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms.
  • Experience with other marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Target Plus, Best Buy, regional marketplaces) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketplace/PIM/feed tools (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, CommerceHub, etc.).
  • Exposure to Walmart Connect, Amazon Advertising, and/or TikTok advertising tools with basic campaign reporting.
  • Basic understanding of demand planning or inventory management for e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize presence on Walmart, Amazon, and TikTok’s online marketplaces.
  • Ensure product accuracy, availability, and profitability on marketplaces.
  • Own day-to-day operations on Walmart, Amazon, and TikTok (item setup, catalog hygiene, promotions, reporting).
  • Handle listing maintenance, inventory coordination, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain sales and inventory forecasts by SKU.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive revenue and ensure end-customer experience.
  • Maintain strong marketplace compliance.
  • Manage Walmart Marketplace including item setup, catalog maintenance, listing optimization, and compliance.
  • Analyze weekly business performance on Walmart, tracking trends, drivers, and KPIs.
  • Create purchase orders, manage inventory and fulfillment operations for Walmart.
  • Oversee pricing strategy and Buy Box ownership on Walmart.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize promotions and Walmart-specific campaigns.
  • Maintain catalog and listing health on Walmart by resolving suppressed/unpublished SKUs and improving content.
  • Generate insights from analytics and collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvement.
  • Own end-to-end setup, optimization, forecasting, and maintenance of Amazon FBA listings.
  • Assist with FBA inventory planning and replenishment.
  • Monitor Amazon performance dashboards and resolve issues promptly.
  • Track and present monthly Amazon business performance data.
  • Coordinate changes to content, pricing, and promotions across Amazon and Walmart.
  • Support setup and optimization of listings on TikTok Shop.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on creator/influencer-driven opportunities within TikTok Shop.
  • Assist with operational workflows for TikTok Shop and other emerging marketplaces.
  • Contribute to testing and onboarding of additional marketplace platforms.
  • Maintain accurate product data across systems and feeds.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales to validate fees, chargebacks, and marketplace deductions.
  • Identify and resolve listing errors, content mismatches, and system issues.
  • Build and maintain regular reporting on marketplace performance.
  • Stay current on marketplace policies, tools, and best practices.
